Oak Street Medical Practice is seeking an enthusiastic and committed GP Partner to join our friendly team for 4 to 8 sessions per week. You may be newly qualified, looking for a new challenge or to relocate and we would be delighted to hear from you!
Oak Street Medical Practice is a vibrant practice with a diverse population in the heart of Norwich. At Oak Street we believe the quality of our working relationships dictates the quality of our organisation; its purpose in our community; and its aim is to provide holistic individualised care to our patient population.
We are a 3.1 FTE partnership, employing two salaried GPs and a Physician Associate. The partners maintain personal patient lists and are keen to maintain continuity of care, a comfortable GP-to-patient ratio and a healthy work-life balance.
Our senior management team includes a dedicated and skilled Practice Manager and an innovative and enterprising Clinical Pharmacist.
We value research and teaching as part of our life-long learning. We have a very active training environment, with trainees and foundation year doctors in the practice as well as teaching year 3 students from the medical school. We would be very interested in any applicant who has an interest in developing a teaching and training role in their career.
We value diversity in our organisation and in our roles, recognising that this is key to a rewarding professional life. Our practice has an ethos of mutual support, enabling the attainment of professional potential. Safety and quality are central to our clinical practice and our financial governance.
