GP - Salaried Permanent Position x 2
4- 8 Sessions required
Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience Starting at £11k per session
Increased renumeration is offered to established
GP trainers and GPwSI in MSK
15-minute appointments maximum 12 per session triaged by experienced clinical team
One hour weekly clinical and educational meeting

6 weeks holiday + study leave pro rata, plus an additional period at either Christmas or New Year, support for portfolio development.

I G Medical are a looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and forward-thinking GP to join our team in Ilkley a spa town on the edge of the Dales yet only 20 minutes from the centre of Leeds West Yorkshire.

We are a successful 5 partner PMS practice with a total patient list of 18,000.

We host a range of services including Dermatology and Musculoskeletal medicine and are a training practice with GP registrars across both sites. We also have a diverse practice team including a Physician Associate, an Advanced Care Practitioner, 2 Pharmacists, and First Contact Physiotherapists. We have run successful Nurse VTS over the past 12 months and also First Contact Physio, which led to recruitment with us.

have a specialist interest in frailty and are responsible for the care of 400 Care Home beds as part of the PCN Enhanced Health in Care Homes. We also have a GP training post in frailty and in MSK. Having an interest in supporting training is desirable.

We are fully supportive of the Post CCT fellowship programme which is run locally and have a GP who is currently taking up this opportunity.

The practice is an integral part of our community with an active patient participation group, and we provide first class patient care which is evidenced by our excellent feedback.

We work collaboratively with neighbouring practices, and we are closely engaged with our Primary Care Network, CCG and colleagues in the voluntary sector and in public health / social services.

The practice has a reputation for being ahead of the game with regard to the challenges of primary care.
