Eden Surgery are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our dedicated and friendly Practice team.
We are a small practice providing high-quality, patient-focused care to 4,100 patients in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Our clinical team currently consists of one GP partner, two Salaried GPs, one Nurse Prescriber and one Healthcare Assistant.
We are looking for the right individual with experience, or willingness to be trained, in National Immunisation and Vaccination schedules, venepuncture and woundcare. The successful candidate will also, ideally, be fully accredited and experienced in performing Cervical Cytology Screening. An experience of Contraception & Sexual Health advice and screening would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Lead Nurse Prescriber, with their full support. They will be confident in working independently, yet able to work collaboratively with other members of the General Practice team.
Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Hours are negotiable.
