Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience & qualifications
Hours: Up to full time
Base: Hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of 2 days office based. Other locations as deemed necessary.
Derby and Derbyshire Local Medical Committee have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & dynamic individual to join this busy team. Working up to full time with the potential for this exciting role to be a joint appointment with Derby and Derbyshire GP Provider Board.
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly credible and inspiring leader who can operate across all levels, leading a culture which is patient centred, is fair, inclusive, collaborative and delivers continuous improvement. Central to this will be the ability to provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction, driving forward excellence for practices and patient care in Derby and Derbyshire. This role comes at a time of major changes across Derby and Derbyshire health communities that will require shaping to meet today’s pressures and future demand, improving the quality of care and outcomes with a focus on resilience and staff wellbeing.
