Due to internal changes, there is an opportunity for a further Salaried GP to join our team working 4 sessions a week.
JOB DETAILS
Bramblehaies Surgery, in Cullompton, is a semi-rural PMS training practice in the heart of Devon serving a population of 7,334 patients, providing high standards of care (CQC rating of Good) from a partner owned modern, purpose-built building which has been recently extended to provide further consulting rooms.
Our team currently consists of four GP partners and one salaried GP, Practice Manager, Patient Services Manager, Data Quality & Systems Administrator, Clinical Pharmacist, Nurse Practitioner, a team of four Practice Nurses, 3 HCAs, a committed admin/reception team and our much-needed housekeeping team. We hope for an enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individual to join our cohesive team, where humour, mutual support and work life balance are valued.
We are a member practice of Culm Valley Primary Care Network and are supported with Social Prescribers, Health and Wellbeing Coach, First Contact Physio, Mental Health Worker, and a Care Home Team consisting of a Nurse Practitioner and an Occupational Therapist.
Our clinical system is SystmOne; we offer 15-minute appointments and a daily clinical huddle at the end of each morning’s surgery.
Along with general medical services we provide:
• The full range of enhanced services
• An “on the day” urgent duty service
• Health care navigation services
Additional training opportunities are available, including:
• Minor surgery
• Undergraduate and post graduate education
The position will be list holding and we provide paid access to Fourteen Fish to support appraisals and patient surveys/360 feedback.
