Reporting to: Practice Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £31,000
Job summary
The Operations Manager will form a vital part of the management system. The Operations Manager at Pilning Surgery will provide inspired leadership for the organisation and help maximise efficiency within the practice.
Main duties of the job
Montpelier Health comprises Montpelier Health Centre and Pilning Surgery. The Operations Manager at Pilning will be part of the management team, accountable to the Practice Manager. The role is responsible for the day to day running of Pilning Surgery including management of staff, overseeing the appointment book, managing workflow, liaising with patients, and working collaboratively within Severnvale PCN.
