We are a stable partnership with a diverse clinical and administrative team delivering quality primary care services to almost 12,000 patients.

Here is what you can expect working at Lakeside Healthcare, Bourne;
- Team of 4 nurses and 4 HCAs supporting and delivering treatment room and chronic disease services
- ANP and NP delivering minor illness and chronic disease services
- Semi rural dispensing practice in an expanding town with low-cost housing
- Long established training practice, providing opportunities for career development
- Consistently high QOF achiever
- Multi-disciplinary PCN team including Social Prescribing Link Worker, Care Home Care Co-ordinator, MSK First Contact Practitioner and remote Pharmacist team supporting medication reviews and clinical correspondence
- Excellent local schools and sports facilities
