We are looking to recruit a motivated, caring, enthusiastic Partner to join our large forward-thinking team. We have 4 sites Chaddesden, Borrowash, Oakwood and an on-site surgery at the university of Derby.
We can be flexible with working days/times and use an Park Medicl in-house rota which allows you to have more control of your day. We pride ourselves in training, education, support/wellbeing, and personal development.
We are looking for the right individual who shares our practice vision to think" outside the box" and maximise the opportunities to provide quality patient care to our patients as part of our valued team.
We want to talk to you whether you are a GP looking for your first partnership opportunity or an experience GP who wants a change.
We have regular weekly team meetings which are planned up to a year in advance. Education and development is very high on our agenda. We are aware of our strengths and our weaknesses, and the challenges that primary care faces. We believe by having the right leadership and by working as a team we can address the challenges, whilst at the same time trying to retain a good work life/balance. We want you to be given the opportunity to make a real difference at our practice.
