Deputy Practice Manager – Charing Surgery

We are recruiting a Deputy Practice Manager to join a successful practice led by a partnership team who enjoy working together and provide support to colleagues and all members of the team. The practice was rated as Outstanding in December 2022.
Charing Surgery is a rural practice with 11,000 patients. We are a training practice and we encourage and support learning and development for all staff. Our ethos is to offer as many services as possible to our patients and to embrace technology in both the surgery and pharmacy, making it an exciting and diverse place to work. The practice is part of Ashford Rural PCN, and the four practices work very closely together.
The Deputy Practice Manager will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the safe and effective running of the business. You will be responsible for providing collaborative leadership and for managing many aspect of the practice with responsibility for IT, Financial Claims, oversight of premises management and Health and Safety and management of the administration team.
