PRACTICE BUSINESS MANAGER

The post is full time – 37hrs per week
Salary in the range of £45,000- £60000 depending upon experience
Would you like to work in a respected 8,600 patient General Practice which is located in the centre of the historical market town of Downham Market?
The practice has an exciting opportunity for an accomplished, highly motivated and experienced healthcare manager to join its friendly team. Candidates must be conscientious, provide solid leadership and have a sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, planning and HR.
The practice works collaboratively with colleagues in the NHS and locality to provide the best possible flexible patient care; and has a comprehensive understanding of the practice population and community demographics. Bridge Street Surgery is also a dispensing, teaching, training and research practice.
Candidates must be conscientious, pragmatic and eloquent, with the passion, integrity and initiative to drive success in the delivery of compassionate care and services. Demonstrable leadership in healthcare management and people skills are essential requirements for this post, along with competency in office IT and effective communication skills.
Working alongside the Partners and supported by an excellent administrative and clinical team you will be responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of this friendly patient centred practice. You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, effective and efficient working environment.
Please note – the practice premises is a Grade ? listed building with associated restrictions; and therefore unfortunately, has limited disabled access in some of the areas within.
The successful applicant will be expected to meet the English language fluency requirements as outlined in the Immigration Act 2016.
