We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly & innovative GP practice in west Leeds.
4-6 sessions per week Salaried GP to include Monday and / or Friday.
Recently fully refurbished and extended modern premises. Single site. Training practice.
13500 registered patients. CQC “Outstanding” organisation.
Well established practice-run onsite Community Ophthalmology Service.
Independent-sector Community Gastroenterology / Endoscopy onsite.
“Pudsey Wellbeing Charity” part of the Wellbeing Centre with patient-volunteer support groups.
Well organised, SystmOne user, high QOF achiever.
Multi-disciplinary Team approach to care. Proactive care via well-established Elderly Care Team; Practice Pharmacist; Practice Matrons; Advanced Nurse Practitioner; Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
Well developed West Leeds Primary Care Network (covering 6 practices with 70k patients) team including Visiting Paramedics; Occupational Therapists; PCN Pharmacists; Physio; Social Prescribers; Dietician.
Excellent nursing team.
