DEPUTY PRACTICE MANAGER

Salary: c£40,000 pa (dependent upon experience)
Hours: Full-time (37 hours)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior manager with an ambition to progress and a demonstrable track record covering HR, IT and facilities management. Experience of working in primary care is desirable but applications are welcomed from managers who can demonstrate they have the transferable skills required.
The role of Deputy Practice Manager supports the Practice Manager to improve practice services and patient experience and is part of a seven strong senior management team. With direct line management of the Operations Support Manager, secretarial, administrative and care navigation teams, the Deputy Practice Manager coordinates all aspects of patient services, premises and health and safety management.
