Part time Practice Nurse- Diabetes
We are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our busy practice located in the village of Headcorn in the Weald of Kent. You will be required to provide diabetic care to our patients and hold the appropriate qualification (such as Merit or Pitstop) in the management of diabetes, prescribing qualification would be desirable.
Our list size is 9,000 and increasing. We use EMIS web, DOCMAN, Accurx etc.
Our clinical team consists of 1 GP partner, 3 Salaried GPs, 1advanced clinical practitioner, 1 paramedic practitioner, 1 nurse practitioner, 3 Practice Nurses, 3 Health Care Assistants and 1 phlebotomist.
With our sister practice Greensand Health Centre in Linton, we have recently formed our own small PCN (Athena PCN) and an extended partnership of 3 GP partners and 2 managing partners.

Salary is negotiable and will depend on experience.
