Vacancy for a Salaried GP with partnership considered for 4 sessions per week. Annual leave is six weeks plus bank holidays pro rata.
We are a small friendly Practice with 5500 registered patients across two nearby village sites.
We are a supportive team with a low staff turnover.
We are registered as Good with the CQC.
We have a dedicated team including 2 GP Partners, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 2 Practice Nurses and a Nurse Associate and 2 Health Care Assistants.
The admin team comprises of a Practice Manager, a Practice Secretary and 3 administrators. We have an experienced Team of receptionists.
We work well without collogues in the North Derbyshire and Bolsover PCN.
We have access to a first contact Physio, Virtual Pharmacist, Care Coordinator, Community Matron, social Prescribers and a Mantal Health Worker.
We work with a visiting service and this keeps our home visits to a minimum.
