About Hugglescote Surgery
We are a friendly, forward thinking and expanding practice located within North-West Leicestershire. We have excellent links to M1 and M42 making it an easy commute to surrounding areas.
We have 5 partners and 4 salaried GP’s, and are well supported by an excellent specialised team. We pride ourselves on being a supportive practice for our staff while providing high quality patient care.
• GMS, SystmOne practice
• 9,500 list size in expanding town
• Modern purpose-built premises with on site parking and pharmacy
• Training practice with strong interest in education including GP registrars, medical students, nursing students and reception training programme
• Tier 3 accredited research practice
• Large MDT including ANP, Nurses/HCA’s, 2 x pharmacists plus ARRS support from PCN for mental health and physio
• Correspondence management team means letters kept to a minimum. Medication reviews / prescribing strongly supported by pharmacists reducing admin. No private paperwork assigned to salaried GP’s
• Low numbers of home visits, cover one care home.
• Routine surgery max. 13 patients
• Rated ‘Good’ by CQC. ‘the leadership, governance and culture were used to drive and improve the delivery of high quality person centred care.’
