Senior Practice Nurse - Rivergreen Medical Centre – Clifton, Nottingham NG11 8AD.
We are looking for a senior nurse to join our practice. You would lead our existing team of nurses and healthcare assistants in our friendly practice.
The applicants must have General Practice Experience at a senior practice nurse level and we would welcome enthusiasm to shape our nursing service as you see best.
We are part of Nottingham City area and have a wonderful group of patients who also have complex needs.
As active members in our PCN we enjoy the benefits of a wider on site ARRS team of Physician Associate, First Contact Practitioners, Pharmacist, Cancer care coordinator, Mental health practitioner, health/wellbeing coach and social prescribers.
We are a research practice and aim to become a teaching practice in the very near future.
Located close to the M1 with easy access to the Nottingham ring road, Derby and Leicester and the wider East Midlands area.
Ample free parking and a tram stop on the door step. For lunch we have shops and park land 300m away.
