Practice Nurse – full and part time hours considered
We are looking for a qualified practice nurse to join our clinical team.
Are you passionate about nursing? We are looking for a nurse who takes pride in what they do, has first class clinical skills and who enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
If you have previous experience of working in general practice this would be an advantage. We are particularly interested to talk to nurses who are experienced in managing patients with respiratory conditions.
We can be flexible with hours, although this does depend on treatment room availability. We are looking to cover a Friday, so please do not apply if you are not able to commit to Friday hours.
Essential criteria for the Practice Nurse role:
- Qualified RGN with two years nursing experience
- High level of IT skills, able to use multiple IT systems including intranet, clinical system, online consultations, MS Teams, Outlook and a variety of digital/clinical equipment.
- Able to work the hours specified plus additional hours to cover absent team members on occasions
- Open, professional and friendly communication style
- Strict confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Flexibility and able to adapt to meet the needs of the practice
