Sheringham Medical Practice seeks Nurse Practitioner
Full-Time but Hours Flexible for the Right Candidate(s)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and caring individual to work alongside other members of our friendly, dedicated, multi-disciplinary team.
We are a very friendly, hardworking, and progressive team of GPs, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, HCAs, Administrators, Receptionists and Dispensers and together provide a high standard of care for our 9,400 patients
The successful candidate will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history, through clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, to the evaluation of care in Practice. Active participation in providing care to nursing and residential homes is also envisaged for this role and the potential to visit patients in their own homes. Candidates will need to demonstrate safe clinical decision making and the delivery of expert care, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients. An interest in long term conditions would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be supported to achieve their maximum potential and encouraged to participate in ongoing training, online learning, team and MDT meetings
