An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive Senior Manager to join our established practice team. We are a well-established, organised, forward thinking and friendly practice. Very proud to have received an Outstanding CQC report.
We aim to provide high quality patient care whilst ensuring a good work/life balance for all the clinical and allied staff.
Our practice has a patient list size of 17,898 and a large friendly cohesive team of staff both clinical and admin.
We love a challenge and are always looking to continuously improve our services to patients and the successful candidate will play a key role in the future of the practice.
We have strong links with the Integrated Care Board and we are the lead practice for our PCN which is one of the largest in East Kent.
Candidates must be experienced, versatile, and conscientious with outstanding organisational skills.
