Patient Coordinator
The role
The Woolston & Chartwell Partnership are looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our team. This post will be predominantly based at our Woolston Lodge site, however, you may be asked to work at our Chartwell Green site on occasion.You will be the first point of contact to patients, both on the telephone and face-to-face, assisting with queries and signposting to the most appropriate professional.
Customer service is extremely important to us. We want our patients to know that we care and have their healthcare and well-being at the heart of everything we do.The Patient Coordinator role can be very busy and often demanding - you will be surrounded by a supportive team on hand to guide and develop you.
Session days and hours
Sessions and hours are to be confirmed but will be a combination of morning and afternoon sessions. The session times are 07:45 to 13:00 and 13:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday.
There is also the opportunity for additional, flexible hours on an ad-hoc basis depending on any colleague absence.
