Broadstairs Medical Practice is a Tier 2 Sponsor organisation and we are looking to hire a part time salaried GP.
BMP is a relatively young medium size practice with approximately 7800 patients in the beautiful coastal town of Broadstairs, Kent. The Partnership came into being in 2015 and we are based in Broadstairs Health Centre.

We will provide you with all the tools, training and personal support needed to enjoy and succeed in this key patient service role.
We are currently a three partner practice (the most recent partner joined from Croydon 5 years ago). In addition to our GPs, our friendly team includes a Paramedic, a Practice Nurse, a Nursing Associate, a HCA and a Social Prescriber as well as numerous non clinical and admin roles. Two GP partners work full time. We are part of CARE PCN and have variety of ARRS roles working at the practice including Pharmacists and First Contact Physios.
At Broadstairs Medical Practice, you’ll join a supportive practice that is small enough to listen to your ideas (concerns and expectations!) but also big enough to carry weight within our PCN –You may wish to look into education of medical students, trainees or non-medical practitioners; or you may wish to develop GPwSI services; we are all ears.
Ideally the new doctor will cover 4 sessions per week.
