Job Summary
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for 2 Salaried GPs to join our amazing team at Aspiro Derby, 4 - 8 sessions per week.
We are a dynamic, forward thinking and training Practice with a proud history of developing our clinical team, serving a population of 40,000 patients across 5 sites.
We offer a MDT approach to our care and offer a wide range of GMS services to our patients including, but not limited to enhanced minor surgery, coil and implant procedures, steroid injections. We are also an active member and heavily involved with our Primary Care Network and received a 'Good' CQC rating at our last inspection.
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and as a Tier 2 registered organisation with training status, we are able to offer an opportunity with a supportive environment for a GP that is newly qualified, experienced or who requires a Tier 2 visa.
Duties
We carefully manage the workload of our GPs to ensure that they work in a safe and caring environment.
If you are successfully recruited to this position, we will agree with you a job plan which will be in line with the standard BMA contract.
Organisation Overview
We have an amazing multi-disciplinary team within our practice from: GPs, Trainee Doctors, AHPs such as Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, First Contact Physio's, Social Prescribers, Nurses and HCAs complimented by a patient services team administratively.
