Advanced Clinical Practitioner

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support the growth of our busy practice team.

Newbold Surgery is a 5 Partner, SystmOne, training practice with a practice population of 11900 patients.

The candidate will be an experienced ACP with enthusiasm and a willingness to work in a forward-thinking supportive team.  We are seeking a friendly, highly motivated individual who is committed to providing safe, high quality, patient centred care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a primary care setting or similar and be able to work autonomously within their own competencies.  The post holder will be responsible for clinically assessing patients for both acute and long-term conditions.  They must be able to diagnose, develop treatment plans with patients, interpret tests results and prescribe/review medication.   The candidate should possess an enthusiasm for personal and practice development with a willingness to undertake further training as appropriate.

30hours per week

Salary dependent on experience and qualifications Newbold Surgery Band 8a.
