We are a forward-thinking, hardworking, training practice based in a beautiful rural location just outside Ashford in Kent. We are recruiting an enthusiastic team player to join our team of 3 Partners, 7 Salaried GP’s and 1 Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
About you
We are looking for someone who is patient-centred, has a strong work ethic, is proactive, who enjoys working as part of a team and feels they can offer something new to the Practice.
You must be registered with a relevant professional body: NMC, HCPC or GPhC.
You will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision making including assessment and diagnostic skills.
About the role
The ACP will act as an autonomous practitioner providing our patients with an excellent level of care from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation both at the surgery and in the patients own home. You will prescribe and review medication in accordance with evidence based practice, national and practice protocols. The ACP will work collaboratively with our clinical team to manage daily urgent issues, including home visits where required.

We are a GMS practice with approximately 9800 registered patients. Our premises are purpose built with 8 consulting rooms, 2 treatments rooms and a minor ops room.

We work proactively and effectively as part of Mid Kent Primary Care Network.
Our clinical system is EMIS Web
We are a very supportive practice holding daily catch up meetings, weekly clinical meetings and regular planned supervision.
We have a Patient Participation Group who we continue to promote and engage with at regular meetings.
