Job summary
Crewkerne Health Centre have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their supportive Nursing Team full time on a permanent basis.
Salary is dependent on experience but ranges from between £50,448 to £58,269 per annum for Masters educated Advanced Nurse Practitioners with strong proven experience of working in Primary Care.
You will be an experienced Nurse who will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of patient care. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to make differential diagnosis using decision making and problem solving skills whilst making professional autonomous decisions for which you are accountable.
You will possess the ability to work independently and to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team with other health care professionals and disciplines, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
NMC requirements for advanced practice must be met.
Main duties of the job

The Nurse Practitioner will work within their professional boundaries; will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice.
