PCN Network Manager – Havant & Waterlooville PCN

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and innovative primary care manager to help shape and drive our PCN forward.
The role is strategic and transformational. We are seeking candidates who can inspire and enthuse our PCN teams and member practices and who can make a difference to both what we do as a PCN and how we do it.
Our PCN manager is independent of member practices. As well as refining and further developing the management of all governance requirements, the post-holder will be working to shape and implement meaningful services to support member practices and to achieve improved outcomes for the local population.
Our PCN manager also needs to build strong and positive relationships with other stakeholders in the health and care community, including local authorities, third sector organisations, patient representative groups, other local PCNs and healthcare providers, and the ICB.
We are recruiting because our current network manager, who has been in post since 2020, is retiring. Our network practices share a solid belief in the importance of excellent patient care, but also in the importance of their independence.
We need someone who is bright, forward-thinking, hard-working and resilient who can help us build a stronger and even more effective network.
