Practice Nurse – West Malling Group Practice

We are looking for a part time, experienced Practice Nurse to join our Practice team.
We are a large Practice with over 21,000 patients. We have two sites, one a Kings Hill and the other in the nearby village of Leybourne.
We have 7 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician's Associate, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Nurse Associate & 2 HCA's.
The successful candidate must have the appropriate qualifications in the management of chronic health conditions such as Asthma, COPD and Diabetes. The successful candidate ideally has a special interest in Diabetes management, including medication and initiation of injectables.
Salary - negotiable subject to experience.
