The recent staff survey we commissioned with external consultants told us our staff are proud to work at the Practice and enjoy the work they do.
With an expanding list size, the current complexity of the local healthcare landscape, patient expectation and demand, and to help maintain the well-being of our existing team, we have created a new salaried GP role. This role is for four sessions a week, primarily over two days, working to a BMA model contract and bespoke job plan. We will consider the flexibility that the BMA model contract allows, and the job plan will be created to both meet our need and that of the successful applicant.
