Practice Nurse Vacancy – Part-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Practice Nurse for approximately 28 hours per week. This will be working across both of our sites, The Banks Surgery Sileby and the Cottage Surgery Woodhouse Eaves. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly practice team who are committed to excellent care and development of the professionals who work within it, to help shape its future and help maintain the high standards of healthcare.
About us
- We are an EMIS practice (Both sites)
- 6,100 patients (Banks) & 3,100 patients (Cottage)
- Friendly supportive team with 2 other nurses (1 prescriber) who also work across both sites and 3 HCA’s that deliver care across both practices.

- Good CQC rating
- As well as a strong GP and nursing team support, we have wider multi-disciplinary on-site team including Physicians Associates, Pharmacists, & Social Prescriber access.

- We use Ardens & AccuRx to assist in day-to-day work.

What do we want from You?
- Managing chronic disease reviews (recalls processed by admin team)
- Running baby immunisations and vaccination clinics
- Current smear taker
- Wound care & Dressings
- Injectables……..
