Sandgate Road is located in West Folkestone just a short walk from the Folkestone Leas the practice provides primary care services to approximately 13,000 patients.
We are recruiting against this new role of a medical records summariser. The role is for 4 hours per week on a 1 year fixed term contract. The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour
Experience of medical notes summarising is essential.
The role requires accuracy and good technical and clinical knowledge.
Main duties include:
Preparing patient records for summarising.
Reviewing medical records of newly registered patients to ensure accuracy, and adding any relevant additional clinical codes or problems into the practice clinical system.
