We are a rural, well established, forward thinking fully dispensing GMS Practice. Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, a salaried GP, 2xANPs, a Clinical Pharmacist and a highly skilled nursing, administration and dispensing team. We are located in modern, purpose-built premises in West Norfolk (close to the Suffolk border) and provide high quality care to 5500 patients. We have a culture of patient-focused care and are high achievers both in terms of QOF performance and patient feedback. We have partnered with 5 other local Practices to form a strong and collaborative Primary Care Network (Fens and Brecks). Our team-orientated approach, and support for a sustainable work-life balance, has created a friendly and relaxed environment with the stability and performance that comes from long-serving and competent staff.
We are seeking a salaried GP to join our team (with a view to partnership for the right candidate). Start date is flexible as we are willing to wait for the right candidate. Salary is very competitive and number of sessions negotiable, but ideally 4-6 sessions per week. We offer 8 weeks annual leave and 1 week study leave. The successful candidate will be team-orientated and committed to the highest standards of care. We strongly believe in a good work/life balance and like to make sure our GPs go home at a decent time. To ensure this happens we build in protected administration slots and cap appointments per clinic.
