Job Title: Medical Administrator – EMIS Web & Clinical Coding
Hours: Full or Part Time, hours to be discussed at interview.
Location: Petersfield, Liphook & Liss, Hampshire
Competitive salary: Starting salary £12.47 per hour

The Swan Medical Group consists of five GP surgeries. In Petersfield, Liphook, and Liss in Hampshire. We aspire to be a local leader in delivering exceptional integrated healthcare.
Main duties include:
• Accurately coding clinical information (diagnoses, procedures, etc.) in line with practice guidance
• Processing incoming patient correspondence (e.g. discharge summaries, hospital letters, reports)
• Using EMIS Web to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Supporting the administrative team with general office tasks as needed
• Following data protection and confidentiality protocols at all times
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a GP surgery admin role
• Confidence using EMIS Web and understanding of clinical coding (SNOMED/QOF terms)
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A team player with a flexible, proactive approach
• Familiarity with patient confidentiality and information governance
