We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Salaried General Practitioner to join a friendly and progressive team in Herefordshire. With a focus on high-quality patient care and a collaborative working environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for a GP seeking a well-balanced and fulfilling role. Role Overview: Salary: £10,500+ per session (Negotiable depending on experience) Consultation Length: 15-minute appointments Sessions: Mix of standard and duty doctor days System: EMIS Web Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality medical care to the practice population in line with NHS and primary care contracts. Prescribe generically and safely, adhering to local and national prescribing guidelines. Manage long-term conditions and chronic disease reviews, ensuring proactive and preventative care. Complete administrative duties promptly, including referrals, prescriptions, and results. Participate in telephone triage and on-call duties on a rotational basis. Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical records in line with best practice and GMC guidance. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and the development of clinical protocols. Must have a GMC and be on the performers list.
