Glebe Road Surgery is GMS training practice, based in lovely Barnes. We are part of Sheen and Barnes PCN and work very closely with our neighbouring practices ensuring we provide the best care for our patients. We have been rated "Good" by the CQC and pride ourselves in being a strategic, innovative practice. We are a busy Southwest London GP practice with 10,500 patients and a full complement of clinical and administrative staff. We brings you and amazing opportunity for a experience GP to join out clinical team. We are looking for a hardworking, friendly and skilled professional who can offer a minimum of 4 sessions per week. They will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the GMS contract. The post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team. You will be supported by four GP Partners, a compliment of fellow salaried GPs, GPAs, prescribing pharmacist, paramedic practitioner and the nursing team. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
