Southampton Sea City Partnership was formed in April 2025 through the merger of St Mary and Victor Street partnerships, both of which have a long track record of serving Southampton’s inner city neighbourhoods. We are currently recruiting for Salaried GPs to join our growing medical team. The job plan for the role will include mixed clinical duties – including supporting list holding and continuity of care (working in a small locally focussed micro-team), mixed routine & on-day clinics, occasional duty clinics, occasional visits and associated clinical admin. We are ideally looking for GPs who can work between 4 and 6 sessions per week. We are a progressive organisation and have exciting plans for developing sustainable, high quality modern general practice. In October 25 we implemented a new clinical model with improved access and triage arrangements (supported by ANIMA), together with a strong emphasis on continuity and neighbourhood delivery, ensuring patients with more complex needs have continuity of care with a clinician they know and trust.
