The practices of Brunel & Parkhill medical practices have been working closely together and are now progressing towards a merger by 31 December 2018. NHSE & CCG approval in process.
The combined list will serve a population of 26,000 patients; we are located in North Torquay, operating across four sites. Clinical system is EMIS web.
Our combined diverse team consists of
- 11 Partners, varying wte status
- 6 Salaried GPs
- Paramedic
- Pharmacist
- Nurse Prescribers
- Multi skilled nursing team
- Supportive, skilled admin team
The Patient Participation Groups have been working together for the last 6 months with several projects in development, including digital inclusion.
We are pro-active members of the Riviera federation (working with local practices Chilcote, Southover and Croft Hall Medical Practices).
An active training practice, we regularly support medical students. Research and development are further passions.
We have positive stakeholder relationships & work collaboratively with Healthwatch.
To enhance the clinical team we are looking to recruit additional GPs, we can offer flexibility on session variation.
Set in beautiful South Devon, with a young family orientated clinical team/practice we are open to considering career options.
