Practice Manager – Needham Market Country Practice
We require a Practice Manager to join a busy team at our modern surgery in semi-rural Needham Market.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished and experienced manager. We are a friendly, democratic part-dispensing GP practice with 7 GP partners, one salaried GP and a strong, supportive nursing team. We use EMIS Web. We have a list size of 12,500 patients and are situated in purpose built premises. The management team is active and committed and works closely with the Practice Manager to deliver good clinical and administrative outcomes.
The successful applicant will be well organised, have a proven track record of leadership and people management skills, have a sound understanding of the statutory requirements for safe and effective management of a modern primary health care facility. Duties include responsibility for HR, Premises, Information Governance, IT, patient services and CQC compliance.
Hours - FTE preferred
Salary - Negotiable
