An opportunity for a protected role in a well-established training practice based in a quiet residential part of Torquay, close to Cockington Park.
We are an innovative practice, interested in supporting doctors following GP training or who need a flexible working pattern.
We would offer a competitive salary, but guarantee a protected workload and regular supervision meetings with a mentor, who is an experienced trainer and educator, either through the GP retainer scheme or for the first year following training.
Monthly education meetings, morning coffee break for whole team, multi-professional workforce including urgent visiting by a paramedic, in-house pharmacist and nurse practitioners are some of the advantages of this placement.
