We are a cohesive, forward thinking Practice based at two sites in attractive South Norfolk villages within easy commute of Norwich. We have a proactive approach to care, delivering our services with a friendly, dedicated, highly trained and motivated team.
An opportunity has arisen to join our well established, highly motivated and successful team. The post will become available in May 2019, although we are happy to be flexible with the start date.

• Two Advanced Nurse Practitioners who manage the majority of home visits and support the duty doctor
