We are a rural GMS dispensing practice consisting of 4 partners and 4 salaried GP’s, with a list size of 9,000.
We are developing a new role of Deputy Practice Manager and are looking for someone who is motivated and forward thinking to join our friendly team. This is a part time position in the region of 25 hours. Pay will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Candidates must be computer literate, have some management experience and have good communication skills. Previous experience in a surgery environment and a clinical computer system is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given. Duties include some supervision and management responsibility in the areas of Human Resources, Health and Safety, Information Technology and covering the Practice Manager’s duties in his absence.
