Are you looking to work in General Practice and Business Management in an attractive GP Practice with an excellent reputation for high quality care?
We are a five partner, friendly and high-achieving Practice based in central Exeter, with circa 7,500 valued patients. We are looking for an efficient, dynamic and forward-thinking Practice Business Manager. You will be supported by the GP Partners, a Deputy Manager and our excellent administrative and clinical Team.
- You should be a highly motivated, personable, proactive and innovative senior manager with excellent organisational skills and a proven ability in managing finance including financial and budgetary planning plus payroll, business planning and strategy, H&S and risk management, HR and recruitment ability plus IT skills and knowledge including the application of Microsoft Office programs.
- You will also have the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to the constant changes and targets we face working within the NHS.
- You should be a ‘people person’ with the ability to liaise with people from all walks of life. Previous practice management/NHS experience is desirable but is not essential.
- Most importantly, the successful candidate must share our aim to provide the best possible care to our highly valued patients.
This role will be for up to 32 hours per week with a salary range of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience. Our priority is to get the right person in post and therefore we can be flexible around hours/days etc. The excellent NHS Pension Scheme is in place for all employees.
