We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic and optimist healthcare professional to join our team.
Both our sites are approximately 15 minutes from Exeter city centre, on main roads – driving in the opposite direction to the rush hour traffic.
We are a growing 3 partner training practice with a dispensing branch in Thorverton, a small village surgery 17 minutes from our Crediton branch.
We are recruiting for 4-6 session to fill vacancies in our Crediton and Thorverton site. We are rated good by CQC and scored 96% on last years’ QOF report. We have a stable patient base with a wide and varied demographic.
We offer a modular contract arrangement which means you can design your own job plan. Team clinical meetings, quarterly shutdown afternoons for the whole practice. It might include duel site working, job sharing, flexible start/finish times. You would be expected to hold your own list but the list size is capped at an agreed and appropriately remunerated level.
We are happy to work with the right candidate to ensure the job fits your needs. We have exciting plans for the future which we would hope you will be part of. Initially the post will be salaried, but we would welcome anyone who might wish to be a partner after an agreed trial period.
We are a training practice with two GP registrar trainers, an F2 trainer and we also host medical students. We would welcome anyone with an interest in education.
We use SystemOne, electronic prescribing and we are virtually paper free.
We are recognised as being a forward thinking and innovative practice that provides a high standard of patient care. We offer good access for patients using a mixture of appointment types and a minor illness nurse specialist.
