Croft Hall Medical Practice is a busy GMS practice serving 8,000 patients in Torquay.
A vacancy has arisen in our nursing team and we are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse, ideally trained in chronic disease management. We are able to be flexible about hours and would consider both full and part time. The candidate should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team as well as under their own initiative.
