Combe Down Surgery are looking for a positive and energetic Reception Supervisor to join our busy, friendly team.
Our reception team offer outstanding customer service to our patients, whilst working in a fast paced environment. We’re looking for someone who can lead by example and nurture the team to achieve their best.
You’ll need to have excellent customer service, organisational and IT skills. Although supervisory experience would be ideal, this could be a fantastic step up for the right candidate who is looking to develop from an existing primary care reception role.
The role will be 25-30 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Core hours are between 08.00 and 18.00 though we are looking for flexibility to fit in with the needs of the business.
We are a friendly, forward thinking practice with a growing patient list, operating from two sites in Bath; Combe Down and Odd Down. Full induction and training is given.
