We would like to recruit two salaried GPs for our growing practices, in order to maintain and enhance the services we provide for our patients. These posts are new roles, to increase our compliment of GPs, working alongside our existing team of GPs and our other allied health professionals (including physios, paramedic ANPs & a CPN).
We are an innovative, sustainable practice that delivers care from two sites in Cardiff and a further practice in Newport. Travel between the Cardiff and Newport sites is not compulsory but would be desirable.
Rota’s, on-calls and workload are shared equally among salaried and Partners alike. The successful candidates will be invited to join, and be actively involved, in our weekly Board Meetings where the business side of the Practice is discussed alongside any clinical issues.
We are a GP training practice with two trainers and we were also recently selected as one of the initial cohort of Cardiff practices that will host General Practice Nurse Trainees (a new scheme developed and led by CVUHB) when they start this year.

Health Board owned Medical Centre relocating to a purpose built Health Centre in December 2020.

Salary and benefits available on request from the Practice Manager. 6 weeks annual leave and study allowance.
