Salaried GP – Suffolk Primary Care
Location: Howard House Surgery, Felixstowe
Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking to recruit a salaried GP for 6-8 sessions a week (including one day on-call). Howard House is a long-established, friendly GMS practice with 2 partners and 5 salaried GPs, a strong nursing team and excellent management/administrative support. We have a growing list of over 7,600 patients working from spacious, purpose-built premises located close to Felixstowe town centre and seafront. We are a teaching practice (Registrar, F2 and UEA Students) and have been successfully operating a same-day appointment system for more than 5 years.
Embracing the growing need to collaborate, Howard House joined Suffolk Primary Care on 1 April 2017 and we are also working with other local Practices delivering patient care in new and innovative ways. We have a strong local reputation and in January 2016 received a ‘Good’ rating from CQC in all 5 inspection areas. We use SystmOne and consistently achieve a high QOF score.
The successful candidate will be welcomed into our friendly team, receive a competitive salary in line with experience, 6 weeks’ annual leave (pro rata) + bank holidays and 1 week study leave.
