An exciting opportunity has arisen at Malpas Brook Health Centre . The surgery is situated directly off Junction 26, M4 - an easy commute from both Cardiff and Bristol
We are looking for enthusiastic GP/GP’s to provide 4 - 8 sessions and join our friendly and supportive primary care team
We are a highly motivated well-organised practice that prides ourselves on providing high quality patient centered care whilst maintaining a good work life balance.
- The Practice: 3 GP Partners, 3 Salaried doctors
- List size: 9500
- High QOF achievers
- Paper light practice using Emis Web
- Excellent nursing and administrative support
- NCN Pharmacists
- Nurse Practitioner with independent prescribing qualifications
- Varity of enhanced services including minor surgery and contraceptive IUD and Implants
- Final year medical student teaching
- Currently hold the contract for providing healthcare to HMP Usk and Prescoed Prisons – although involvement in this service is entirely negotiable
- Involved in Regular Clinical Research
- Physio and CPN for 1 session per week
- NCN CPN 1 session per week
- The Job
- £10000 per session/per annum depending on experience
- Flexible working conditions
- 6-7 weeks leave per year
- Equal workload between doctors
- You will be fully supported by our existing clinicians and practice management team in a culture where CPD/training and personal development are encouraged.
- Model BMA contract
Start date: September 2019 however we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
