PCN Clinical Pharmacist Vacancy
An exciting opportunity has developed for a forward thinking, motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join the newly formed Healthwest PCN comprising of four surgeries located in the popular Clifton/Cotham area, providing high quality care to almost 70,000 patients. Benefiting from being in very close proximity of under 1km to one another, we have a history of working collaboratively.
The successful candidate will be based across the four surgeries working with the wider network team to provide high quality care for our patients. The role will involve a patient facing element including face to face and telephone consultations. You will be well supported by the GPs and pharmacists already working within the practices.

Salary: DOE – £37k-£43.5k (dependent on experience)
