Cycling a long way

In four weeks' time I’ll be cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats!

After losing my best mate Tim Pike last year I've been thinking about what I can do to help raise awareness for CALM and their work against suicide.

Starting on 27th July I'll be riding roughly 110miles a day for 9 consecutive days. I'll be doing the ride by myself and although I love riding bikes, this is way more than I've ever taken on before.

For more information and updates, here’s my JustGiving page: https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/tombudden-lejog

Any support is massively appreciated and will definitely push me on to complete the challenge.

Thanks

Tom.

Here's a little more about CALM:

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably. From advice on our site, through to free, confidential chats with our helpline staff, online or on the phone, we’re here for whoever needs us, every day. No matter what. £8 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
