We are currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic and experienced qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Emergency Care Practitioner or Advanced Clinical Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy team.
The primary objectives of this role are to work with the GPs and Nurse Practitioner team to effectively manage the Practice’s same day appointments, telephone triage and to see patients in your own clinic.
This role will afford the successful applicant an exciting opportunity to work alongside our experienced team to develop the role in line the Practice values. The successful candidate will have primary care background with sound clinical examination skills and have an independent prescriber qualification.

- List size 8,500 – GMS contract.

- Experienced nursing team including nurse led chronic disease reviews

The role requires the successful candidate to work autonomously, making clinical decisions based on experience, knowledge and analytical abilities, treating undifferentiated, undiagnosed presentations. The candidate will also be willing to make appropriate referrals.
Experience of TPP SystmOne would be beneficial. The practice also utilises Ardens in conjunction with SystmOne.
The vacancy is full time (37 hours per week). Part-time and job-share will be considered for the right candidate(s). Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
